Gilang Ardana

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Gilang is a participation strategist and learning facilitator for social change. He’s been working as an independent consultant since early 2019, but has prior experience for 6+ years advising various clients from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies.

Gilang graduated from a participation and social change course of the Institute of Development Studies for his Master’s.

Anindya Kirana

Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer

Anindya has been working in development sector for more than 5 years. As a people person, she enjoys networking with various stakeholders, ranging from government to other civil society organisation.

Anindya graduated from MSc in Political Economy of Late Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Gumilang Andika

Consulting Director

Gumilang aspires to find effective ways to support better lives for the underprivileged. He is currently working to improve measurement and research standards in the development sector, backed by extensive research experience in the intersection between the social and behavioral science.

Gumilang is interested to implement participatory approaches in his research and evaluation.

Monica Agnes Sylvia

Fellowship Director

Monica believes in the great potential of young generation and is eager to contribute to support them to be the best version of themselves as they go through the transition into adulthood. She has been working on this aspiration since 8 years ago through diverse roles in NGO, philanthropy foundation, academic organisation and government institution.

She aspires to make the most of participatory approach to engage children and young people more strategically in development through policy, program and research.

Faoza Hayatun Nufus

Director of Operations

Oza has an extensive experience working in finance as an auditor, consultant, and quality assurance in various organizations. She is trained in project management for social investment, auditing and enterprise risk managing, and business process improvement.

Oza holds two bachelors’ degrees from Islamic Banking of STEI SEBI and Finance Management of STEM Prasetya Mulya.

Indiana Salsabila

Director of Communications

Indi champions the potentials of creative approaches in sparking social changes. She believes that every person has their unique and invaluable knowledge and perspectives that they can bring to the table, which is why she finds excitement in helping people explore and express the changes they want to make in their community.

Indi’s works in communication & campaign strategy helps her explore new tools and mediums that can elevate community engagement and youth involvement.

Naura N. Haryanto

Director of Business Development

Naura is a trained social policy analyst with 6+ years of experience as a development practitioner in a program and grant management and partnership building spanning government- related institutions, NGO and international organisations. She has been spearheading gender-mainstreamed education programs, advocating for youth empowerment and facilitating strategic partnerships.

She complemented her experience with community development and engagement, facilitation and module and training development

Experienced in urban policy and planning with a demonstrated history of working in public domain, especially in the field of spatial planning, financial sustainability, and coordination with national and local government. Taufan Teguh Akbari

Advisor

Taufan is a full-time lecturer and advisor in LSPR Communication and Business Institute who teaches Organizational Communications, Intro to Entrepreneurship, and Leadership subject. He currently works as the Vice-Rector 3 (Student Affairs) for LSPR Institute. He is also an educator, community activist, youth life coach, and public speaker. His current research subjects include communication organizations, youth leadership, and empowerment & social movement. With an excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, he communicates well with people from any background and takes pleasure in working in a team as well as independently. His long list of community service projects and involvement in several youth organizations earned him a big network of connections in the government, communities, and organizations.

Taufan is the founder of Rumah Millennials, a platform focusing on the development and learning of soft skills for young people who want and have become empowered to work meaningfully for others. Furthermore, he is a Head of Division for Indonesian Digital Startup Foundation, Indonesian Digital Marketing Association, Communication Division for Indonesian Forum, and has published a book entitled “Proud & Rise” (2013) and “Desa Butuh Lo Sob” (2020). With his enthusiasm in these fields, he was recently awarded by LinkedIn Spotlight 2019 due to his active contribution to giving ideas and sharing inspiring perspectives as well as engaging stories, on top of being covered in “Sosok Kompas” by Kompas Cetak. His passion to empower Indonesian youths encourage him to teach, because he believes that knowledge should continuously be shared, taught, learned, and updated.

Candra Kamtemala Dethan

Candra has more than 20 years of working engagement in international Non-Governmental Organizations, with a specialization in managing Program Development and Planning to promote the rights of deprivated, excluded, and vulnerable children and young people, as well as humanitarian works including emergency responses. She also advices on Project Cycle Management developing, budgeting, and reporting. With a strong commitment to bring active participation of children and young people in decision making process for program quality implementation, she ensures project adjustment to COVID-19 pandemic and contributes ideas and knowledge for business development on proposal development.

Holding a Sarjana Ekonomi in Management from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen and an MA in Participation, Power, and Social Change from the Institute of Development Studies, UK, Candra works as a Partnership Portfolio Manager for ChildFund International, with previous works of supervising for quality planning and designing proposal documents. She ensures the development and maintenance of partnership on programs and grants on various areas, including child development through parenting, education, youth development, job readiness and entrepreneurship, and community-based child protection mechanism. She also provides high-level policy engagement and technical support, manages an effective working relationship and networking with key stakeholders, reviews management of partner’s  capacity and performance, and ensures quality reporting. Her extensive experience showcases her capability in contributing and reviewing high-level decision as part of Country Management Team and Senior Management Team.

Ni Nyoman Anna Marthanti

Advisor

Anna is a consultant with over 15 years of experience in the development sector, both at national and international level. Excelling in project management, she spent nearly 2 years as a Project Coordinator for Save the Children before becoming a Project Assistant III (Coordination) for IOM Indonesia. She had also taken the role as a Project Officer for OXFAM Great Britain’s LISTEN & CAN Project.

A recipient of the Rotary Youth Leadership Award by Rotary Club, Anna’s passion for youth civil society is reflected in her career history. She had previously worked as the International Supporting Staff for Youth Action Nepal (YOAC), where she also did a PAR-based research for her dissertation, “The Impact of Conflict on Youth Empowerment: Perception on Youth in Nepal.” She graduated with an MA in Participation, Power and Social Change from the University of Sussex, England.

Prior to her postgraduate study, she dedicated 6 years working for Rumah Kaum Muda (Rumah KaMu) as a Director and Researcher, where she also produced documentaries “Kelas Tanpa Batas” and “Sekolah Para Petualang.” The latter was awarded Best Documentary Film at the Makassar Independent Movie Festival, showcasing her ability in using creative mediums for education and youth advocacy. 

With child protection/safeguarding, inclusive education, and sustainability development among her expertise, she had volunteered for Klub Belajar Sipatokkong to support special needs children and SOKOLA Pesisir Mariso to promote alternative education for children.

Panji Aziz

Panji is the Founder of Isbanban Foundation, a youth-led nonprofit social foundation that focuses on empowering young people to help access to education for underprivileged children in the rural areas of Banten. Before founding Isbanban Foundation, he was known in the country as one of the key opinion leaders in youth empowerment, education volunteerism movement, and nonprofit leader. He has worked in some of the largest nonprofit organization in Indonesia such as the YCAB Foundation, Telapak Society, and Tanoto Foundation.

Panji’s contribution and commitment to empower young people and help underprivileged children have been recognized and celebrated globally. He has received the Global Changemakers Award in 2016, the 2013 Ashoka Young Changemakers Award, and the Young Leaders for Indonesia by McKinsey & Company. He is also an academic fellow on Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative 2015 by U.S. Department of States and studied at Northern Illinois University in Non-Profit Management.

His work has been featured by Kick Andy Show and nominated as Kick Andy Heroes 2018 in education categories. Last 2019, UNICEF Indonesia invited him to give an opinion as a nonprofit young leader representative at UNICEF Strategic Moment of Reflection Annual Meeting.

He received his B.SW. cumlaude in Social Work from the University of Padjadjaran, where he was awarded as 1st Winner Nutrifood Leadership Award 2015 and Outstanding Student Award by the Dead of Social & Policit Science University of Padjadjaran in 2016.
